Return and Refund Policy
At LORD se, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer the following return policy:
1. Return Period
You have the right to return unused and undamaged products within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
2. Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and tags. Products that do not meet these requirements may be subject to rejection or a reduced refund.
3. Refund
Once your return has been approved and the products have been received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. The refund will include the price of the returned items but not the shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support to arrange the return shipping.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and replace the product or issue a refund.
Damaged on arrival
If something is wrong with an item you have purchased from us, you have the right to a refund or replacement. Please note that an item to be considered "damaged on arrival" must be:
● broken or damaged or not of satisfactory quality,
● unusable or not fit for purpose,
● not what was advertised or does not match the description.
Also note that an item cannot be considered "damaged on arrival" if:
● it has been damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse,
● you were aware of the defect before purchasing the product,
● you have changed your mind.
If your item was received as "damaged on arrival", please follow the steps below:
Take lots of pictures showing the damage. Make sure you have good lighting and that the damage is clearly visible in the pictures.
Contact us by email and clearly state the following:
- Your order number, your full name and delivery address
- The reason for requesting a return
- Attach the photos you took.
We will either accept and/or approve (or provisionally approve subject to inspection) or reject the return claim and assign a return number for further business.
Upon return approval, the return handling process will be coordinated by us.
6. Return Process

7. Refund Processing Time
After your return items have been received and approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
