Payment
What payment methods are available?
We currently offer the following payment methods: Credit card, Klarna and Swish. Before using any of those, please ensure you have read their Terms of Services and Privacy Policies.
How can I make sure I placed the order?
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation if you have entered the email address correctly. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please contact customer service.
I have paid through Klarna, where is my invoice?
Your invoice is sent via Klarna, to the email address you used when you placed your order with us.
Can't find the invoice?
1. Feel free to look in the spam folder of your email client.
2. Log in with Bank ID and see the invoice directly

Shipping
When can I expect delivery?
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Once we have handed your order over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes. You can cancel the order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected]
Orders placed in error!
If you have placed an order in error or you have made a mistake when placing the order, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible within one hour of placing the order so that we can amend or cancel the order before it is dispatched.
In which countries do we transport?
We deliver to all of Sweden and European countries.

Does the 14-day exchange right apply?
Yes it is true! We always offer a free right of exchange for 14 days, starting from when you have received your package. Please note that we will not accept exchanges requested later than fourteen days after you have received your goods.
How do I find my order number?
You can find your order number in your order confirmation that we sent you via e-mail when you placed the order.
How do I find the names of the products?
All products and product names can be found in your order confirmation that we sent you via e-mail when you placed the order.
Is my replacement free of charge?
Yes! We offer free exchanges, which means we cover postage, handling and packaging costs when you make an exchange.

Canceled purchase
Does the 14-day right of return apply?
Yes it is true! We comply with the Distance Contracts Act, you have a free right of withdrawal for 14 days from receiving your package. Please note that we will not accept returns sent back to us later than 14 days after you have received your goods.
Does an unclaimed package count as a return?
No, it does not count as a return! If your parcel is sent back to us from a delivery point (for example from a postal agent), because you have not collected it, it is not considered a return.
For packages that come back to us due to not being in demand at Postnord, we will charge you SEK 200 for our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the value of the goods is lower than SEK 200, we will instead charge the full amount for unclaimed packages.
